I decided to offer this Program as over time I’ve noticed that I need to consult with some of my clients more regularly than monthly, 3 monthly or yearly.
It’s normal to get caught up in life at home and work once your initial 90 minute session finishes, then slip back into old, not so healthy patterns.
Although intentions are good to start, it’s difficult for anyone to form (and keep) new habits and healthier lifestyles without constant guidance, and accountability.
I’ve seen that 12 weeks is enough time to cement better, healthier habits that lead to improved health and happiness.
How Will I Benefit
So, this is how my ’12 week Deep Healing Program’ looks –
Week 1 – I get Your Story, and together we decide what area/s to tackle first, then design a weekly plan for the next 12 weeks.
Initially we spend time on where you see your biggest issues might be; those persistent issues preventing you from feeling well again.
This could be pain, weight loss, digestive, cancer therapy, inflammation, lack of libido, fatigue, lack of sleep, anxiety/depression, fertility/reproductive issues, adrenal exhaustion, skin problems, immune or thyroid condition, allergies, blood sugar or hormonal imbalance.
Or it could be that you have no idea what to eat anymore.
Below is a list of topics we could cover, depending on your own individual needs. Everything is designed just for YOU.
I imagine some time will be spent every week talking about your diet, and dealing with any ongoing health issue/s.
1. The Perfect Diet for YOU: How to balance it and make it easy for you to maintain. Including what seafood/meat/poultry/dairy is safest to consume. Including recipes from my website.
2. Shopping: Where and how to shop for improved health, both for you and the planet. This may be farmer’s markets, on-line, health food stores and what to get a supermarkets.
3. Removing chemicals from your cosmetics, food and home. What toxins to avoid. Discussions about GMO technology, Roundup, individual toxic chemicals regularly used, and more.
4. Exercise: Your new exercise regime for this time in your life.
5. Aromatherapy: How To at Home.
6. Supplements/Superfoods: Which ones are right for YOU, and how to use them easily.
7. Mindfulness: The right meditation technique/s for you. Learn how to de-stress!
8. Setting Intentions: How and when to do this.
9. Herbal Medicine: How to use it at home, and start or improve on your own herb garden.
10. Treatment using practitioner-only herbal medicine: This is optional. If we decide to go this way – I will personally design, dispense and express post to you a formula to suit your particular health issues. (Cost not included.)
11. Finding Work/Life Balance: We work through what you’re current life looks like and find ways to improve the balance.
12. Any topic that interest you that you’d like to know more about.
How it works
– Together we find a time that suits you for your weekly sessions, preferably at the same time each week.
– It’s up to you if you’d prefer your sessions to be by Skype, Facetime, Mobile or landline.
– You decide when your consecutive 12 week Program starts.
$2,400 for the 12 Week Program. This works out at $200/hour session, which is about half what you’d expect to pay for a individually tailored program like this elsewhere.
I am offering a payment plan – $1,200 upon confirmation of your commitment, then $300/per week for the next 4 weeks after that. The point of the 12 week Program is to get clients to commit to 12 weekly sessions up front, which is why I am offering the discount from my normal $250 to $200 per session – to make it cheaper. Otherwise it’s only a weekly commitment, not 12 weeks – which is needed for ‘Deep Healing’.
If you can’t commit to this amount up front, then of course you can book and pay for sessions weekly, but it will work out $50 more each week. ($600 in total)
