Spring! In the Southern Hemisphere, the Spring (Vernal) Equinox marks the first day of astronomical spring. Equinoxes occur on 20th or 21st March and 22nd or 23rd September each year and both days has equal length of the day and the night.

I’ll be looking at the foods to eat in this season of rebirth, the organs most sensitive now – liver/gall bladder, symptoms likely to arise, the energetics and emotions attached to spring, and more.
