Janella’s Cleanse Week: WATER.

It’s really important to drink lots of water whilst your cleansing, as this is another way to help flush the toxins – that are on the move – out. Aim for 1 litre per 22kg of your body weight.

Avoid tap water, and also non filtered tank water. I use an alkaline filter at home and in my clinics.

Look for an filter than removes Heavy Metals, Toxins, Bacteria, Chlorine, Chloramnines and Fluoride (tested for the life of the filter), with essential calcium, magnesium, and trace minerals for perfect pH balance.
