JanellasMTHFRWeek: Glutathione

Glutathione is often low in people with MTHFR abnormalities. This is a problem as it is an important antioxidant having the ability to reduce toxins in the body. Low #glutathione also makes one more susceptible to stress.

Methylation nutrients help increase glutathione –

– NAC (N- acetyl-cysteine), available as as supplement
– Alpha lipoic acid (in organ meats, broccoli and spinach. ALA is also present in yeast, particularly brewer’s yeast.)
– Vitamins B6, B9, B,12 and Biotin (B7)

Lifestreams ‘Essential Greens+’ and ‘Natural B Complex’ and your covered for #glutathione – using a range that only includes natural ingredients.

You’ll find these ethical, easy to absorb products across Oz and NZ in your health food store and good pharmacies – or check out kadac for a stockist near you.
