MTHFR: The Law of Least Effort.

The Law of Least Effort. (The 4th Spiritual law of Success.) Accepting this was probably the biggest factor in my own healing from Adrenal Fatigue, Oestrogen Dominance and MTFHR in full swing over the past 3 years. Do less, accomplish more.

All 7 Laws expanded in the link below. It’s from Deepak Chopra’s book ‘The 7 Spiritual Laws of Success’. I first read it when I was studying Naturopathy in 1996, and again many times over the years.
