A lovely sweet treat to curb sweet cravings, whilst working as food as medicine.

Yields1 Serving
 1½ cup dates, pitted and fresh or dried but organic
 1 cup pistachios, raw (walnuts, pecans, macadamias or almonds are ok also)
 ½ cup of desiccated or shredded coconut
 A few drops of rose (or orange) water
 1 tbsp raw cacao powder

Place the first four ingredients in a processor and blitz until smooth and forms a ball.

Take out, form into small balls, then roll in cacao powder.

    These are one of my favourite bliss balls! I’ve been making them since I saw them on Good Chef Bad Chef back in the day. I usually add the cacao to the mix in the food processor (might increase the quantity for a stronger chocolate flavour). So delicious!
