1 cup puffed amaranth, millet or quinoa
2 cups organic cornflakes
¼ cup sunflower seeds
¼ cup pepitas
½ cup LSA
¼ cup hazelnuts, or any nut, roughly chopped
½ cup goji berries or dried cranberries
soy or rice milk, to serve
1In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients together.
2Serve the muesli with soy or rice milk.
3Your muesli will last for up to a month in an airtight container in your pantry or even longer in your fridge
