 2 cups quinoa, almond or good soy milk
 2 tsp spirulina powder
 1 tbls LSA
 ½ cup granola
 1 cup mixed berries
 1 tbls lecithin granules
 Honey or agave to taste

Place all ingredients in a blender and process til smooth. Serve in a tall glass.
